City Problem. At the intersection of Story and Powderhouse there are 3 northbound lanes and 3 southbound lanes. Each direction has one lane turning left, one lane turning right, and one lane going straight. One phase of the signal cycle has all 3 northbound lanes and all 3 southbound lanes having green lights. There are signs for the left-turn lanes, English only: "Left turn yield on green", but having a green light on the straight-through lanes and also on the opposite left-turn lanes invites a head-on collision.
