The Cheyenne Historic Preservation Board has announced the release of the board’s 2026 Christmas ornament featuring Cheyenne’s new water tank murals and the 250th birthday of the United States. All proceeds from the sales of the ornaments go to fund various Historic Preservation projects throughout the Cheyenne area. The ornaments are available at three locations and are in limited supply: the City of Cheyenne Planning and Development Department office at 2101 O’Neil Avenue in room 202, the Wyoming State Museum at 2301 Central Avenue and the Cheyenne Depot Museum at 121 West 15th Street.
