The annual Greenway Fall Cleanup is scheduled for September 5-27, and Greenway cleanup groups are preparing for this semi-annual event. In addition, four Greenway segments are available for organizations or groups that would like to join this twice-yearly effort. Any groups or organizations interested in adopting a Greenway section should contact Jeanie Shrednik, Greenway and Parks Planner, at 307-638-4379 or online at jshrednick@cheyennecity.org. Participants should wear boots or sturdy shoes, long pants and gloves for clean-up efforts. Greenway staff can provide trash bags and light weight gloves upon request.
