Cheyenne Audubon invites the public on a free birdwatching field trip February 21 to Curt Gowdy State Park. People with all levels of birdwatching experience are welcome. Participants will leave the Lions Park parking lot between the Children’s Village at the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens and the picnic shelter at 9:00am to drive 20 miles to Curt Gowdy State Park, do a little hiking to look for forest birds, returning to Cheyenne about 1:00pm or earlier if you have your own vehicle.
