Cheyenne Botanical Gardens, Laramie County Library and Wyoming State Museum plus many other organizations are observing Dia de los Muertos with hundreds of flowers and a wide variety of programs. Celebrations run through November 1 during their open hours of 10:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday-Saturday. Food, treats, flowers and take home kids’ activities will be available, most are free of charge. The La Calaveras Stick Puppet Workshop at the Cheyenne Botanical Gardens, 710 Lions Park Drive, on Thursday, October 30, from 6:00pm-8:00pm is requesting a pre-registration with a $10 charge. The Laramie County Library, 2100 Pioneer Avenue, will be having events on November 1 starting with Ofrenda de Danza at 9:30am-10:00am, a musical performance by Mariachi Las Dahlias, 10:30am-12:00pm, plus themed crafts and exhibits and a StoryWalk. The Wyoming State Museum has Family Day, Saturday, November 1, 10:00am-2:00pm. The Cheyenne Street Railway Trolley will run between event locations from 10:00am-3:00pm.
