The Patten Creek Site is a prehistoric stone tool fabrication site in Platte County. Blake Griffin, Wyoming Military Department, Wyoming Army National Guard CFMO Senior Archeologist, will be presenting a program on February 27 at 6:00pm at the Hartville City Hall, 200 Main Street, Hartville, Wyoming. The site was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 11, 1989. The program is free and open to the public. Sunrise Historic and Prehistoric Preservation Society, SHAPPS, dues are encouraged.
