Cheyenne Regional Medical Center will host its 16th annual “Wake Up to Heart Health” event on Saturday, February 1 from 9:00am to 1:00pm at the Blue Community Events Center, 2401 East Pershing Boulevard. This community event focuses on raising awareness about heart health and providing information on prevention, treatment options and healthy lifestyles. This year’s theme, “A Heartfelt Journey: Explore Your Options,” emphasizes understanding personal heart health and available treatment paths. The $25 registration fee benefits purchasing an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for the community in partnership with Mended Hearts.
